Hao Solar by SAC Solar Solutions (S) Private Limited (“we”) publishes this website. By using it you accept these terms. They cover the website only. The terms of any quotation, installation or maintenance work are set out in the quotation and contract we send you, and those documents take precedence over anything here.

Estimates Are Not Quotations

The roof estimator, the savings figures on the home page and the worked examples in our guides are indicative. They are produced by a model from public data (an aerial survey of the building, the current SP Group tariff, typical panel performance) and from the answers you give. They are not a survey of your roof, not an offer and not a promise of any saving. The system size, the price and the saving for your home are set only after a site survey, in a written quotation. Figures marked “indicative” rest on assumptions we are still confirming.

Aerial imagery used by the estimator can be several years old. A roof that has been altered or rebuilt since the survey may be drawn as it was; the estimator lets you mark the roof yourself for that reason.

Using the Website

You may use the website to learn about our services and to ask us for a quotation. You may not use it to send automated requests, to probe or overload our systems, or to copy its content for another business. We may limit or refuse requests that look automated.

The photographs, videos, text, the estimator and its model are the property of SAC Solar Solutions (S) Private Limited or its licensors. Logos of other organisations identify those organisations and belong to them. Nothing here may be reproduced without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

The website uses services from other companies (map and aerial data from OneMap and Google, spam protection from Cloudflare, email delivery, hosting). Their availability is outside our control; when one is unavailable the website offers an alternative, such as entering the roof size by hand or contacting us on WhatsApp. How those services handle data is described in our privacy policy.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on an estimate, from an interruption of the website or from a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
